With the help of detailed research and user-feedback, I developed a perfect UI/UX solution which allows users to order snacks for their favorite movies without waiting in queue before snack counters. This app stand out with numerous features and options which will enhance the overall snack ordering experience of users.
Our intention is to help people to order their favourite snacks without reaching a snacks counter. There are some apps which provide same service. But we noticed that most of them are not internationally available and they provide services in premium theaters only. We want to create a product that can compete in the market. Additionally people need to order their snacks based on their dietary preferences and budget constraints and there by the movie lovers need should get the best snacking experience.
This UX design project focused on creating a seamless and user-friendly mobile app for ordering movie theater snacks. The solution addresses key pain points by allowing users to browse a wide variety of snacks, customize orders, scan tickets for quick order placement, track delivery progress, and earn rewards. The app's intuitive interface enables effortless navigation through features like ticket scanning, snack details, order customization, and seat delivery. By prioritizing convenience, time-saving, and personalization, the app aims to enhance the movie-going experience while eliminating common frustrations associated with concession stand queues and limited options.
